ZeroRoute is a private network operated by CS Development LLC, Tbilisi, Georgia ("we", "us"). The service is provided free of charge to users invited by the operator or an existing member.
These terms apply to the ZeroRoute apps and use of the service through them, regardless of device or operating system.
You need an invitation or a valid account code to access the service.
You must be at least 16 to use an account independently. A user under 16 may use a member account created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, subject to applicable legal requirements.
By starting to use ZeroRoute, you accept these terms. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy; consent to optional sharing of check results is given separately.
An account code provides access to the corresponding account. Keep it confidential and replace it in the app if someone else may have obtained it without your permission.
Invitation codes are intended to be shared with other people. You may invite anyone; there are no restrictions on whom you invite.
You are responsible for the use of devices registered under your account. Remove devices you no longer control.
The owner of a family account can see and delete the member accounts and devices linked to it. A parent or legal guardian manages a child's account and access to the service.
You must comply with the laws applicable to your use of the service, including the requirements of the country where you are located and the country where your selected node is located.
You must not use ZeroRoute for:
You must also not sell access or invitations, provide public network services through ZeroRoute, bypass quotas or interfere with the network or its diagnostic checks.
We may set traffic quotas for accounts and devices; add, move or disable nodes; change available features; and discontinue the service.
A device's access record for a node may be deleted after seven days without use. It is created again on the next connection, provided that the account and device remain entitled to access the service.
We may suspend or terminate access for an account or device if these terms are breached, the service is abused or action is needed to protect the network. Where immediate action is necessary, access may be terminated without prior notice.
ZeroRoute is provided "as is" and "as available", to the extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee the availability of any particular node or internet resource, any particular connection speed, uninterrupted operation or the continued existence of the service.
Do not rely on ZeroRoute as your only means of emergency communication.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of data or losses caused by service unavailability, connection interruptions or an inability to use particular nodes or internet resources.
These terms do not exclude or limit any liability that the law prohibits us from excluding or limiting, or override your mandatory rights as a user.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the ZeroRoute apps on devices you own or control, subject to these terms.
The apps include open-source components, including WireGuard, AmneziaWG and sing-box. These components are distributed under their respective licences. These terms do not restrict the rights granted to you under those licences.
The terms of the platform from which you obtained the app may also apply to your copy of the app, to the extent relevant.
You may stop using ZeroRoute at any time.
Removing a device ends its access to the service. To delete your entire account, use the "Delete account" feature in the app. You do not need to contact support or submit a separate request.
When the account is deleted, its registered devices lose access and all personal data associated with the account, including feedback and support correspondence, is deleted. The Privacy Policy explains when deleted records are removed from backups.
We may terminate your access on the grounds described in section 5 or discontinue the service. Where possible, we will give users advance notice of a planned shutdown.
We may change these terms. The new version will be available through the service with an updated revision date. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect; if your consent is required, we will request it separately.
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Tbilisi, unless mandatory provisions of applicable law require otherwise.
The choice of law and courts does not deprive you of any protections or rights that cannot be waived by law.
